A leader in the Media and Journalism industry is hiring a Senior Editorial Producer in New York, NY for a full-time position, onsite 5 days a week.

Senior Editorial Producer Perks:

Senior Editorial Producer Requirements:

  • 7+ years of newsroom experience producing or line producing a television newscast
  • Strong leadership experience managing editorial and production teams
  • Excellent editorial judgment with proven breaking news experience
  • Ability to manage control room operations under pressure
  • Deep knowledge of current events, news, and politics

Senior Editorial Producer Responsibilities:

  • Lead editorial decisions for daily and future programming
  • Build and manage the show rundown with compelling and original content
  • Oversee the execution and production of the live broadcast
  • Collaborate closely with on-air talent and production teams
  • Mentor and develop producers, writers, bookers, and junior staff
