Social Media Manager Requirements:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in social media, marketing, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; Figma or Canva a plus.
- Experience managing LinkedIn company pages using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot or SEMrush.
- Background in B2B or professional services marketing; accounting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with a primary focus on brand awareness, SEO, and lead generation.
- Develop on-brand graphics and marketing collateral including infographics, sell sheets, presentations, email templates, and digital ads.
- Track and report on social performance metrics including engagement, referral traffic, and web sessions on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with the Content Strategy team to execute the editorial calendar accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor platform trends and recommend creative or strategic improvements to increase visibility and audience engagement.
