A leader in the automotive service equipment industry is hiring a Product Manager in St. Louis, Missouri for a full time position, onsite. This position requires approximately 20% domestic travel.

Product Manager Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, Marketing, or a related field.
• Five or more years of professional experience with high value capital equipment.
• Proven experience managing complex, long term product development projects.
• Strong analytical, presentation, public speaking, and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Product Manager Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities and develop market strategies to increase sales and strengthen assigned product lines.
• Manage products throughout the development lifecycle, including technical specifications, testing, field coordination, and launch activities.
• Partner cross functionally with Engineering and other business teams to develop and improve products.
• Develop and review technical publications, product manuals, catalogs, and other marketing materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend changes, improvements, or product discontinuations based on market opportunities and customer needs.
