We're looking for a Bilingual Marketing Manager to play a critical role in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for a growing financial institution in downtown Washington, DC.

If you want to set overarching strategy, execute, and manage all facets of a marketing department, this is the role for you!

Bilingual Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and updating of the website and email marketing channels and campaigns
  • Direct the daily marketing activities with the support of the Marketing team, analyze market trends and demographic data concerning members and potential members.
  • Run segmentation and relationship reports for actionable marketing campaigns. Generate, integrate and translate membership and market research data into marketing opportunities and tactics
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan and a detailed budget to accomplish marketing objectives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, user administrator, and vendor manager for Online member channels, graphic design, and email automation services
  • Develop Marketing material to achieve target goals, proofread marketing materials and ensures that collateral materials are accurate and comply with regulatory guidelines
  • Lead the Marketing team in planning and coordination of the annual elections, educational seminars, annual meeting, special events, reports, and logistics

Bilingual Marketing Manager:

  • Minimum five (5) years of Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Fluency in Spanish is a mandatory requirement to perform in multicultural environment
  • Must be a jack-of-all-trades to include email marketing, marketing campaigns, website content, digital analytics, social media, event planning and more
  • Experience in banking is highly preferred
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required
