A digital agency was on the hunt for multiple UX digital strategists.
A digital agency was looking to hire three UX Digital Strategists. The client posted their job online to job boards, such as Indeed and LinkedIn. There was an overwhelming response of applicants, but unfortunately the client felt that they were unqualified for the position. The client was in need of candidates who had a UX/UI background and was also knowledgeable in digital strategy. These specific needs coupled with an overwhelming amount of unqualified online applicants, ultimately led the client to turn to Profiles for assistance.
In order to find the right candidates, Profiles’ dedicated account team took the time to properly understand the agency’s business and culture in addition to the job requirements. Profiles maintained an open dialogue with the client and presented each option in detail.
