A renowned and nationally recognized retail organization is looking for a technically savvy and energetic Digital Project Coordinator to join their Digital Production team in the Philadelphia, PA Metro area.

The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining project plans and schedules for all active projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules and track digital services, print services and other orders, all while providing continuous updates to management. This team is lively, critical thinking and enjoys solving complex problems.

Digital Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver timely, routine status reports to management and cross-functional task holders that efficiently communicate project volumes, scopes, schedules, status, costs, risks, and related analyses.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Operations department on planning efforts to load-balance and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with production and web development to ensure timely launches.
  • Communicate job issues including but not limited to risks to schedules and quality on a timely basis. Actively seek and communicate mitigation opportunities and solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to route projects for reviews and approvals.
  • Seek approvals, reconciliations and clarification, with task holders executing content revisions, all content comments during the formal review processes.

Digital Project Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Management or a business-related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, eCommerce or social media project management.
  • Strong knowledge of the production process for emails, landing pages, home pages, social, and paid digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe CS.
  • Preferred knowledge of Project Management Software.
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize/manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a team, but also function independently.
  • Strong focus on timelines and deliverables and possess a strong sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Diplomatic and effective communication skills.
