Profiles is currently seeking an Account Manager (Recruiter) with experience in staffing or creative tech and digital marketing to join our downtown Baltimore office. The Account Manager is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates, as well as nurturing contractors while on assignments. In partnership with various Business Development Managers (BDMs), the Account Manager works directly with clients to present talent, schedule interviews, solicit feedback, and successfully place candidates.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with marketing, creative and technical talent to establish a pipeline.
  • Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place candidates.
  • Establish recruiting plans which include job boards, social networking, and referral sources.
  • Perform reference-checking procedures on all candidates to confirm past performance, recruit new candidates and prospect for new job orders/requisitions.
  • Conduct interviews with talent by phone to qualify candidates for defined roles with our clients.
  • Attain weekly activity metrics as defined by the manager.
  • Maintain and document candidate communication using our ATS and leading industry recruiting tools.
  • Assess client company position requirements and appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate applicant/candidate/employee records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Consult with talent and the internal team to provide local market knowledge on current salary ranges and other employment-related concerns.
  • Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of additional business in collaboration with other team members.
  • Proactively seek and attract candidates to pipeline for future orders.
  • Maintain company job postings on multiple sites.
  • Actively participate in social and face-to-face networking within the local community.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of related work experience in staffing/agency recruiting, preferably in the digital marketing/creative technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with customer service orientation.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to follow-through demonstrated in previous jobs.
  • Ability to prioritize work efficiently and effectively.
