We are actively seeking an experienced and savvy Account Manager, Client Services for a full-time opportunity in the Philadelphia, PA suburbs!

The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the business development team, project managers, production engineers, marketers, and subject matter experts.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Become well educated in client's therapeutic areas and their marketing strategy.
  • Understand the scope of the project(s) and success criteria.
  • Ensure projects are maintained and timelines are met.
  • Engage with clients to ensure understanding of project implementation and responsibilities.
  • Provide oversight and direction to project team.
  • Collaborate with the business development team in client strategy.

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a client services role.
  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities.
  • Be able to travel and work extended hours, as needed.
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Veeva, MAC, OMAP, ZINC knowledge is a plus.
