An innovative commercial real estate company in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their growing team for a direct-hire opportunity.

This individual must be a strong team player and will develop and implement marketing materials as well as administrative duties in support of leadership.

Marketing Operations Coordinator Compensation: $40,000 - 45,000/yr DOE

Marketing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for office brokers, construction management services, and marketing team (i.e. editing documents, redlining, printing and sorting, data entry).
  • Edit flyers, floor plans, and other marketing collateral with Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Run and assemble reports, as well as pull data and images. Put together survey book when required.
  • Greet visitors courteously and inform appropriate employees of their arrival.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner, route calls and/or take complete messages when necessary and make certain all messages get to the proper person.
  • Set up new hires with supplies. Give a tour of the office and go over phones, copiers, work room supplies, mail, and any other office protocols.

Marketing Operations Coordinator Requirements:

  • College degree.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced Word, Outlook and Excel proficiencies.
  • Must have CRM database experience (Swiftpage, Constant Contact) and knowledge of Adobe InDesign. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong team player, willing to help team when necessary.
  • Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
