Assistant Team Trainer & Quality Coach Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in call coaching, training, sales enablement, or similar phone-based development role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities with proven skill in engaging and motivating learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse learning styles.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and data-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Background in consumer lending, financial services, or call center operations is a plus.
Assistant Team Trainer & Quality Coach Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor calls for compliance, accuracy, quality, and customer experience.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to strengthen sales, service, and communication skills.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, role plays, and ongoing skill-development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify performance gaps and build targeted improvement plans.
- Track performance trends and report actionable insights while fostering a positive, growth-focused culture.
