Data Analyst Perks:

Data Analyst Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or similar.
• Strong technical skills including SQL and experience with React.js for dashboard development.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards using React.js and Looker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to business teams to support strategy.
