Director of Marketing
A leader in the Automotive aftermarket Manufacturing industry is hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing in San Antonio, Texas for a full-time position, onsite two days a week.
Director of Sales & Marketing Perks:

Director of Sales & Marketing Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-led sales roles within automotive manufacturing or aftermarket

- Experience marketing performance or engineered automotive products
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Lead brand messaging and positioning for technical, engineered products
- Manage content strategy across digital channels including web, email, social, and video
- Drive digital performance including website optimization, conversion, and customer retention strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives
