A leader in the luxury goods industry is hiring an Email Marketing Manager in Richmond, VA for a full time position, onsite 3 days a week.

Email and SMS Marketing Manager Perks:

Email and SMS Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Several years running email and text messaging for an online consumer brand, ideally with Klaviyo as your main tool
• Deep platform know how in audience targeting, split testing, and analytics, plus familiarity with Shopify
• A strong eye for email layout using Canva or Figma, and the ability to stay true to a polished, high end look
• Elegant, on brand writing skills and the organization to keep a busy calendar on track

Email and SMS Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Create and refine automated customer journeys that encourage repeat orders and long term loyalty
• Run a frequent email calendar supporting new products, launch events, and restocks, from brief through final review
• Lead text message campaigns, expand the subscriber base, and coordinate timing with email
• Support retail partner campaigns, subscription renewals, audience segments, and overall list health
• Share regular performance updates and a quarterly recap with wins, findings, and next step recommendations
