This Graphic Designer will bring marketing initiatives to life across the Retail and CRM channels in the US and Canada.

Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design team environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with After Effects or similar motion graphics software; Figma experience is a plus.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative assets for Retail, CRM, and Merchandising channels, including: window key visuals and installations, in-store POS, flagship store displays, fixtures, direct mail pieces, and in-store videos.
- Follow direction of Director to conceptualize campaigns that align with global brand guidelines while tailoring them for local markets.
- Create presentation decks and mockups for internal reviews, feedback sessions, image retouching, and briefing purposes.
- Produce in-store collateral to support retail operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors on retouching, color matching, and proofing before final production.
