Join a globally renowned technology enterprise with a presence in more than 5 countries as an Influencer Marketing Specialist (Sports). This is a permanent, on-site opportunity based near Los Angeles, CA, requiring full-time presence 5 days per week. Individuals MUST reside in or around Los Angeles, CA for consideration. Must have technology hardware experience with influencer focus.

Influencer Marketing Specialist (Sports) Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in marketing, advertising, sports marketing, retail, sales, and product roles with a prominent global brand.
  • Previous experience in influencer sponsorships, cross-team coordination, and/or project management.
  • Passion for sports, outdoor activities, videography, photography, or the camera industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the social media and creative landscape in North America.

Influencer Marketing Specialist (Sports) Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to formulate influencer marketing strategies and execute campaigns.
  • Identify optimal external partners, primarily social media influencers, athletes, and content creators involved in outdoor activities, based on diverse marketing needs.
  • Negotiate and oversee contractual agreements, implement robust measurement mechanisms to evaluate goal attainment, and foster proactive, positive relationships with external partners.
  • Engage partners to participate in product launch campaigns, content creation projects, speaking engagements at events, beta testing, and providing feedback on new products.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of video and photo content delivered by partners, from sourcing and approval to publication and storage within our content library.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and brand partners to amplify the distribution of our content and enhance its impact.
  • Conduct research on relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users in North America.
