We are partnering with a technology company located in San Diego, CA for an Instructional Designer. This is a remote, project-based position and this individual must be able to work independently.
Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate learning solutions and training initiatives to staff.
  • Work with team to ensure delivery of high-level learning solutions.
  • Update and maintain curriculum to ensure it meets the security standards.
  • Provide recommendations on the strategic direction for the curriculum design.
Instructional Designer Requirements:
  • Minimum four (4) years of instructional/curriculum design experience.
  • Must have Computer Based Training (CBT)
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline
  • Training /e-learning/curriculum background.
