IT Director
A leader in the nonprofit manufacturing industry is hiring an IT Director in St. Louis, MO for a direct hire position, hybrid, onsite 4 days, 1 day work from home.

IT Director Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Business Central, ServiceNow, Zoho CRM, Power BI and Paycom is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in IT operations.
- Prior experience managing and developing technical teams is a plus.
- Experience with CMMC or government compliance is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, databases, telecommunications, and enterprise systems.
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations, vendor relationships, budgets, and complex technology projects.
IT Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy to support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of enterprise infrastructure, cloud systems, networks, and software platforms.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity planning, compliance efforts, and security audits.
- Manage ERP deployment, ecommerce operations, technology integrations, vendor partnerships, and IT budgets.
- Direct daily IT operations, establish performance metrics, lead technical teams, and manage projects using Agile and traditional methodologies.
