A leader in the IT industry is hiring an IT Systems Support Specialist in Sacramento, CA for a full-time, onsite 6-month contract position.

IT Systems Support Specialist Perks:

IT Systems Support Specialist Requirements:

  • Must have provisioning authority in SuccessFactors.
  • Experience upgrading SuccessFactors Onboarding from version 1.0 to 2.0, including minimaster for HXM.
  • Experience with Performance and Goals, and LMS modules.
  • Strong documentation skills to track and report technical processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide efficient solutions.

IT Systems Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for both end-users and systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, network devices, and application software.
  • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system performance and security.
  • Assist in deploying and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
