- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Mortgage.
- Proven experience documenting business logic and creating process flows.
- Strong ability to break down complex business rules into logical components.
- Understanding of mortgage concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio
Junior Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Business Logic & AI Training.
- Document mortgage business rules, decision trees, and if-then scenarios.
- Map business logic for AI platforms.
- Iteratively train AI models with business logic.
- Prepare documentation for AI model training on all platforms.
- Test AI outputs across all platforms.
- Process Analysis & Documentation.
- Analyze mortgage workflows and identify decision points.
- Document Business Logic Data Dictionary.
- Create test scenarios and maintain business rules repository.
