Lifecycle Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably within a retail, DTC, or consumer goods environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Emarsys).
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, RFM modeling, and personalization strategies.
- Proven success managing multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
Lifecycle Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance the customer journey—from acquisition and onboarding through repeat purchases and re-engagement.
- Build and manage automated and triggered campaigns across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and other CRM channels tailored to key lifecycle stages.
- Use segmentation and behavioral data to create personalized campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, and LTV.
- Partner with retail and field teams to ensure campaigns align with in-store promotions, customer events, and seasonal initiatives.
