- Media Leadership: Lead and mentor the media team, driving data-informed, cross-channel strategies that align with client goals and maximize ROI.
- Client & Partner Relations: Act as a strategic advisor, building strong client and media partner relationships to support long-term growth.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end media planning and buying across channels, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with performance-driven insights.
- Team & Communication: Foster a collaborative culture through clear communication, coaching, and alignment with business objectives.
- Innovation: Drive strategic, creative solutions by staying ahead of media trends and applying forward-thinking approaches.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in advertising agency, with a strong media focus.
- Proven expertise in online media strategy and execution.
- At least 4 years of leadership or people management experience is required.
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
