Photo Producer

A leader in the convenience retail industry is hiring a Photo Producer in Dallas, TX, for a full-time, six-month contract position with strong potential to extend. This role will begin onsite 3-4 days per week, with the opportunity for onsite requirements to taper as the producer becomes established.

Photo Producer Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of production experience; exceptional candidates with three or more years may be considered.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating well-organized, thoughtfully planned photo shoots.
• Experience presenting pre-production decks and communicating production strategy.
• Capture One & Adobe Creative Cloud is a must .
• Full availability for a standard 40-hour work week without conflicting freelance commitments.

Photo Producer Responsibilities:

• Manage photo shoots from pre-production planning through final wrap.
• Develop and present pre-production decks to internal stakeholders.
• Lead onsite production while maintaining a detailed, organized process.
• Coordinate freelance photographers, DITs, and production crews.
• Keep lifestyle and food photography projects on schedule through proactive communication.
