About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team in the financial services sector. In this role, you’ll drive the development and execution of innovative digital solutions that solve complex financial problems for our clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and operations to deliver products that are secure, scalable, and impactful.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization for key financial services offerings.
  • Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with engineering to prioritize features, define clear product requirements, and manage trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, legal, risk, and data to ensure all financial products meet industry standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Measure and report on product performance, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead product planning and communication efforts across teams and to executive leadership.


???????Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the financial services or fintech space.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products, preferably in banking, payments, wealth management, or lending.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, conducting user research, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background is a plus.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with B2B financial platforms or consumer-facing financial apps.

  • Familiarity with API-first product development and third-party integrations (e.g., Plaid, Stripe, Visa/Mastercard APIs).

  • Knowledge of financial data security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, GDPR).
