Project/Process Manager
A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Segment Lead (Process/Project Manager) in Richmond, VA for a 40-hour a week contract, hybrid position, on site 3 days per week.

Segment Lead Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
- 2+ years of experience in business process management, project management, relationship management, or risk management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with ability to connect dots across teams, systems, and initiatives.
Segment Lead Responsibilities:
- Partner with product owners, BAs, and stakeholders to translate business intent into clear requirements.
- Build and maintain process documentation while driving continuous improvements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on actions and outputs to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor findings against mitigation plans and drive timely issue resolution.
- Manage dashboards, reporting, and serve as SME to internal teams and external partners.
