Sales and Service Development Team Lead Requirements:
- 2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience in call center or high-volume phone sales environments.
- Hands-on background in outbound/inbound sales, lead qualification, or customer service.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent to achieve KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with CRM and call management tool proficiency.
- Organized, data-driven, and able to lead in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Sales and Service Development Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-volume outbound Sales & Service Development Representative (SSDR) team to exceed performance goals.
- Monitor daily call activity and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support.
- Deliver ongoing training on scripts, objection handling, CRM usage, and service workflows.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as an escalation point while reinforcing strong customer engagement and service standards.
