Senior DevOps Engineer Requirements:
-
US Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain Secret clearance in IL4 DoD environments
-
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of DevSecOps experience in regulated enterprise environments
-
5+ years building secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
-
3+ years Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred) and 2+ years AWS experience
-
Expert proficiency with Docker, ELK Stack, F5 load balancing, Nexus, and deep knowledge of DoD/FedRAMP, NIST, and ATO processes
Senior DevOps Engineer Responsibilities:

Design and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security scanning and compliance validation

Manage GitLab repositories, release processes, configuration control, and secrets management aligned with ATO requirements

Monitor and troubleshoot systems using ELK Stack, perform root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements

Harden Docker configurations, manage F5 load balancing automation, and resolve JVM performance issues

Lead Infrastructure as Code initiatives and support AWS cloud modernization efforts including containerization and EKS transitions
