An innovative brand in the health and wellness industry is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager for a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
Candidates must be able to work eastern standard business hours. 

Social Media & Community Manager Perks:

Social Media & Community Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media with proven growth across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing online communities, including DMs, comments, and engagement monitoring.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analyzing social media performance; Sprout Social experience is a plus.
  • Background in health and wellness, start-ups, or supplement brands is highly preferred.

Social Media & Community Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly social media calendars, proposals, and creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with influencers and affiliate teams to integrate content into planning.
  • Manage and grow community engagement by moderating comments, responding to messages, and fostering conversations.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and execute creative strategies with designers and editors.
  • Report on campaign and post performance to optimize social media strategies.
