Sr. Account Executive

Senior Account Executive Requirements:
- 2-5 years of account management, project management, or client services experience in an agency, consulting, technology, or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude along with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management software and knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, internal workflows, and creative deliverables from kickoff through completion.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts while supporting multiple client workstreams.
- Review creative work to ensure it aligns with project objectives before client delivery.
- Prepare estimates, monitor budgets, track project scope, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop meeting agendas, project recaps, client communications, and status reports to keep projects on schedule.
