Senior Account Executive Requirements
• Two to five years of account management, project management, or client services experience in an agency, consulting, technology, or similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management software and knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Senior Account Executive Responsibilities
• Manage project timelines, internal workflows, and creative deliverables from kickoff through completion.
• Serve as the day to day contact for assigned accounts while supporting multiple client workstreams.
• Review creative work to ensure it aligns with project objectives before client delivery.
• Prepare estimates, monitor budgets, track project scope, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop meeting agendas, project recaps, client communications, and status reports to keep projects on schedule.
