Sr. Manager, Corporate Events

A leader in the CPG space is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Events in Hunt Valley, MD for a 20-30 hour a week contract position. The Sr. Manager, Corporate Events will be able to work remote but must be available to come in-person for events.

Sr. Manager, Corporate Events Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience planning small and large-scale corporate events.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven success collaborating with senior executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

Sr. Manager, Corporate Events Responsibilities:

• Set the vision, strategy, and execution for major corporate events and meetings.
• Partner with executive leadership to oversee event planning from concept to completion.
• Manage contracts, budgets, vendors, and all logistical aspects of events.
• Lead and mentor direct reports, contractors, and agency partners.
• Track and analyze event metrics, implementing improvements for future programs.
