A leader in the office furniture industry is hiring a Strategic Partnership Representative in Virginia Beach, VA for a full time position, onsite 3 days a week.

Strategic Partnership Representative Perks:

Strategic Partnership Representative Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales within A+D, CRE, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with designers, brokers, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the design, construction, and commercial real estate ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or CET is a plus.

Strategic Partnership Representative Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead strategic relationships across Architecture & Design (A+D), CRE, and industry partners to drive early-stage opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow pipeline, increase visibility, and influence project direction.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence across design and real estate ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to support pursuits, proposals, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, presentations, and client engagements to strengthen partnerships and market presence.
