UX Designer Requirements:
- 2-3 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in consumer or eCommerce products.
- Proficiency in Figma, especially working within or scaling design systems.
- Strong UI design skills with an understanding of responsive design.
- Experience designing across web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to organize and contribute to design documentation.
UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Support re-platforming efforts across web, app, and in-store kiosk experiences.
- Work within and contribute to the evolution of the design system (Design System 2.0).
- Design reusable components and user flows in Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and development.
- Help document design patterns and system usage guidelines.
