UX Researcher & Designer Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of UX research or UX design experience with strong research focus.
- Skilled in usability testing, interviews, and observational research.
- Strong ability to analyze and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Figma and ability to support design execution.
UX Researcher & Designer Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and evaluative research including usability testing, interviews, and workflow mapping.
- Identify barriers to adoption of digital tools and recommend product improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, scientists, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on workflows and user journeys.
- Present research insights and recommendations to leadership.
