- Proven experience managing and scaling high-traffic WordPress websites.

Web Developer Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all WordPress-related development, maintenance, and strategy.
- Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance, responsive WordPress themes and plugins.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and uptime of our high-traffic websites.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and manage lead funnels, landing pages, and A/B tests using tools like GTM, GA4, and Zoho.
- Develop custom Gutenberg blocks using React.js to empower our content teams.
- Manage all technical aspects of the CMS, including plugin and core updates, version control via Git, and database optimization.
- Build and maintain integrations between WordPress and other business-critical systems, such as Salesforce, Internal APIs and marketing automation platforms.
- Work alongside other software engineers to align on best practices, code standards, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, from performance bottlenecks to plugin conflicts.
