Photo Director
A leader in the Media and Journalism industry is hiring a Photo Director in Los Angeles, CA for a full-time position, onsite 5 days per week.
Photo Director Perks:

Photo Director Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in photo editing within a newsroom environment
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing editorial teams
- Strong background across both print and digital media
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working with major photo agencies (AP, Reuters, paparazzi agencies)
Photo Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of photo editors, providing structure and direction
- Oversee photo selection, editing, and visual storytelling across platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with external photo agencies and contributors
- Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality photo output under breaking news deadlines
- Improve workflows, enforce standards, and elevate overall team performance
