The Global Marketing team for a global hospitality brand is hiring a remote Brand Designer to join their in-house creative team to support their partnership with a leading credit card brand partner. This is an 8-month contract role in which you will help craft creative strategies and concepts for consumer campaigns with the goal of increasing customer acquisition and engagement.

Senior Designer Requirements: 
  • 6+ years of design experience, in a design firm, advertising or in-house creative department.
  • Strong background in visual communications, print, digital, and typography, specifically as it relates to loyalty programs and/or the financial industry.
  • Experience working with a marketing department, understanding of business objectives and ability to find creative solutions to help achieve objectives.
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns for various internal brand clients at once in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working on direct response materials and designing for a range of marketing channels including email, banner ads, social, landing pages, print collateral.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite. Figma experience is a plus.
Brand Designer Responsibilities: 
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the Associate Creative Director, Art Director and other Designers and Copywriters, across omni-channel touchpoints with a customer-first lens.
  • Write copy for banner ads, emails, social content (planned stories, posts, and real-time), branding projects, and large campaigns.
  • Adhere to both brand identities and accessibility standards and guidelines while helping to inform the evolution and extension of the visual identity.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day production requests, including image selection and reformatting creative for various channels.
  • Present and provide business rationale for creative ideas to our internal stakeholders for approval and development.
  • Use campaign performance data to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and apply key takeaways to future campaigns.
