Project Director
A leader in the commercial furniture and workplace solutions industry is hiring a Project Director in Virginia Beach, VA for a full-time position, onsite 3 days a week.

Project Director Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project leadership
• Background in contract furniture, design, or commercial real estate preferred
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Project Director Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading communication across the full project lifecycle
• Drive revenue growth through pipeline management, upselling, as well as cross-selling
• Lead cross-functional teams (Design, PM, Operations, Installation) to deliver projects
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
