Profiles is a national award winning creative, marketing, and digital staffing agency hiring a remote Strategic Sales Executive. The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting and generating new business within their designated industry verticals, nationwide. This position plays a critical role in our company’s success and vision by driving the efforts around the acquisition of select emerging and mid-market accounts.

Strategic Sales Executive Requirements: 

3+ years of staffing industry experience leading business development efforts of Fortune 1000 accounts. 

  • ???????2+ years of staffing within the creative and marketing segment of the industry strongly preferred. 
  • Prior Ad-agency sales or account management experience is welcomed but not required. 
  • Verifiable history of creating new client engagements at the significant mid-market & enterprise level 
  • Demonstrated success developing an annual staffing sales portfolio of $3MM+. 
  • Must have a strong network of qualified buyers and relationships. 
  • Advanced use of engaging prospects and existing targets on LinkedIn.  
  • Technically inclined: Bullhorn, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo. 

Strategic Sales Executive Responsibilities: 

  • In partnership with our leadership team and marketing group, pursue new business opportunities within the emerging and mid-market organizations that align with our Ideal Client Profiles.   
  • ???????Curate a sales pipeline of direct-to-client staffing and managed services engagements. 
  • Nurture pipeline to achieve an annualized run rate of $3MM+ within 36 months. 
  • Stay current within the Creative & Marketing industry, including technology, operations, ad-agencies, in-house agencies, organizational structure, and overall trends impacting the industry. 
  • Target personas at the C-Level, VP/Directors as well as Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources. 
  • With full support from Operations and Marketing, own the RFP process and apply your experience to craft winning content. 
  • With leaderships support navigate and control the negotiation processes. 
  • Be involved within the industry and frequently attend conferences within the staffing segment and client industry verticals.
