Revenue Operations Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or related analytics roles.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM—report builder, dashboards, data management.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and data modeling.
Revenue Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and automated reports for sales, marketing, and customer care teams.
- Develop and standardize KPIs and performance metrics across the revenue cycle.
- Create campaign attribution reports to measure marketing ROI.
- Perform analysis on sales funnel performance, lead quality, and customer trends to generate insights.
- Lead and mentor analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present data-driven insights to leadership.
