A leader in the food and restaurant industry is hiring a Procurement Manager in St. Louis, MO for a full time position, onsite.

Procurement Manager Perks:

Procurement Manager Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
  • Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost reduction.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including spend analysis and market intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel for tracking and reporting procurement performance.
  • Experience with perishable products and inventory planning preferred.

Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Manage inventory planning for perishable products and supply timelines.
  • Partner with operations, manufacturing, warehouse, food safety, and franchise teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report procurement performance using SAP and Excel.
  • Support growth initiatives as the company expands into new markets.
