Sr. Tradeshow Manager

- Collaborate across marketing, PR, product, sales, and leadership to manage all logistical aspects of main tradeshow.
- Ensure all deadlines and deliverables are on time and within budget, confirming all travel arrangements for employees.
- Track and log all activity for reporting and data analytics to measure ROI, target client engagement, outreach, etc.
- Manage all vendors for booth design and setup/breakdown, tradeshow marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop strategies to maximize engagement and ensure seamless execution of tradeshow.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large scale tradeshows from conception to completion (40,000+ attendees).
- Traveling overseas to Europe for the tradeshow will be required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly desired: Advanced-level experience with major CRM’s such as Salesforce and event management platforms.
- Tech industry is highly preferred.
