The Client
A non-profit organization experienced the departure of their Digital Marketing Specialist. Five months after the employee’s departure, the Head of Recruitment was still unable to fill this direct hire position.
The Challenge
Recruitment leadership reached out to Profiles for assistance following the departure of their Digital Marketing Specialist who had left five months prior. The recruitment lead had no understanding of how to recruit creative and marketing talent, so they turned to Profiles for help. The open position was posted appropriately, and the job post was receiving an influx of applicants, but most were unqualified for the job.
The Solution
Profiles initiated a Direct Hire solution and successfully found and presented four candidates to backfill the Digital Marketing Specialist. Two of the four candidates were interviewed, and one was hired to fill this longstanding, open position.
